Lost in the Woods (LITW), Alum Creek Road Ride
Time: 9 AM start time
Pace: Pace A & Pace B supported within each ride. No Drop
Pace A 16+ mph 15 - 30 mi - High Intensity Sprint/Tempo
Pace B 13 - 16 mph 15 - 100 mi - Structured Endurance
Pace C 10 - 12 mph 15 - 65 mi - Social Touring/Century
Pace D ~10 mph 5 - 25 mi - Leisure
Meetup Location: Lost in the Woods, Alum Creek, 5175 Cheshire Rd. Galena 43021 Note: Park across the street at Water's Edge Sports Grill
Ride Description: Rides starting at LITW Shop, generally to the North (Olive Green, Kilbourne, etc) and east (Sunbury, Johnstown). Distances will vary from 30-60 miles depending on season - Spring rides will be shorter, then gradually increase in distance throughout the season. Rides are usually split into 2-3 groups based on pace while still maintaining No-Drop.
