What’s Included with KCBO Registration

Depending on your registration type, your Biketoberfest experience includes:

• Fully supported road and trail routes with downloadable GPS navigation.
• On-route rest stops with snacks, hydration, and rider support.
• Saturday pancake breakfast with Little Jack’s.
• Admission to Kegs & Corks Craft Beer & Wine Festival for Weekend and Saturday riders.
• $15 Food Truck Festival voucher on Sunday.
• KCBO commemorative patch.
• Post-ride activities and entertainment throughout the weekend.
• Secure event parking.
• Showers available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Porta-potties and limited indoor restroom facilities.
• Device and E-bike battery charging station.
• Two nights of tent camping at Ariel-Foundation Park with Weekend registration. Campsites are limited and must be reserved during registration.

What Is Not Included

• Merchandise, including KCBO jerseys and T-shirts.
• Bicycle repair costs or replacement parts.
• Ambulance or emergency transportation.
• Admission to attractions or activities not specifically included with your registration.
• Hotel or other off-site lodging.

Packet Pickup and Start Logistics

The Urton Clock House in the heart of Ariel Foundation Park is the headquarters for KCBO

Packet Pickup:

• Friday Evening  (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM) *NO shower available in camp on Friday
• Saturday Morning  (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM) 
• Sunday Morning  (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM)

Weekend Parking: Secure daytime & overnight parking is available at Ariel Foundation Park.

Please arrive early to allow enough time for parking, packet pickup, and any last-minute preparations.

Tent Camping – in Ariel Foundation Park, 10 Pittsburgh Ave, Mt Vernon, OH is included in KCBO Registration. Space is limited to 100 tent sites. You must reserve your tent space during registration proccess.  Camp set-up and early check in will be available beginning Friday 3pm – 8pm.

Vehicle & RV Camping

To help improve parking, expand tent camping, and better support event operations, vehicle and RV camping will not be available at KCBO 2026.

All overnight camping is limited to tent camping only within the designated campground at Ariel-Foundation Park. If you plan to stay in an RV, camper van, or other vehicle, we encourage you to make arrangements at one of the nearby private campgrounds or RV parks in the Mount Vernon area.

Your KCBO Weekend Experience and Saturday registrations include admission to the Kegs + Corks Craft Beer & Wine Festival, presented by the Knox County Chamber of Commerce.

Weekend — $175

Outdoor Pursuits Members: $155

The complete Biketoberfest experience! Includes Saturday and Sunday riding, two nights of tent camping at Ariel-Foundation Park, Saturday pancake breakfast, supported rest stops, Kegs & Corks admission, Sunday $15 Food Truck Festival voucher, KCBO patch, and weekend activities.

Single Day — $95

Outdoor Pursuits Members: $85

Join us for your choice of Saturday or Sunday and enjoy a fully supported day of riding, rest stops, KCBO patch, and that day’s included activities.

Saturday riders: Kegs & Corks admission included.
Sunday riders: $15 Food Truck Festival voucher included.

Youth — $55

Ages 2–17

Youth registration includes the full Weekend experience. A parent or legal guardian must complete an additional minor waiver at KCBO check-in.

Registration Deadline

Online registration closes September 23, 2026. If space remains, on-site registration will be available for an additional $20.
