Camp Setup Team – GOBA

Help us build the village before the riders arrive.

We’re looking for 3 dependable volunteers to join Gary on the Camp Setup Team for Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure (GOBA).

This team helps transform an open fairground or park into a fully functioning GOBA home base. Before tents go up and riders roll in, there’s important behind-the-scenes work that makes the week possible.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with layout and marking of camping areas
• Set up registration, hospitality, and common spaces
• Help place signage and directional markers
• Support vendor and service area setup
• Be an early problem-solver as the site comes to life

When

Typically the day before riders arrive (exact timing provided in advance). Expect a few active hours on your feet — comfortable clothing and work gloves recommended.
