The longstanding tradition has returned! Enjoy a long weekend of winter Nordic activities and camaraderie with friends. COP secures the entire Wilderness Lodge for our party. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a group our size! If the snow is lousy (unlikely), we hike, explore, ride gravel bikes, and enjoy the “lodge experience.”
Proceeds from this gathering will support the hiking & backpacking activities of COP. This weekend also facilitates planning for those activities in 2026.

Registration prices will increase by $50/person on January 5, 2026.
Cancellation Policy - Due to the fundraising nature of this event, we will not be refunding $ UNLESS there is an extreme weather emergency and our reservation is canceled or rescheduled. We encourage those who need to cancel to find a replacement for your space. We hope to maintain a waitlist in case of cancellations. If you must cancel and you do not have a replacement, you may use your donation to COP as a tax deduction.
