Knox County Bicycle Challenge

September 28, 2024

29th Knox County Bicycle Challenge

The return of everyone’s favorite challenge! This event has been cited as one of the most beautiful and challenging centuries in the Midwest.
Route offerings of 31/62/100 miles. KCBC's shorter routes are moderately hilly (31miles/1,300ft & 62miles/2,800ft). These two routes/metrics can be enjoyed by most regular cyclists. The final miles are on the flat Kokosing Gap Trail.  The century has 7,000ft of climbing and is a most worthy end-of-season challenge!
Marked roads with GPS maps, limited-to-full support with two water stops and a lunch stop provided!
We're keeping the price at $10 (members) and $20 (non), so this will be the deal of the year!  We want to thank you for supporting the Ride Series in the past few years and get back to offering more full-service rides.
Join us for the start at the Gambier Community Center (115 Meadow Lane in Gambier, OH) located across the street from the Kenyon College Athletic Building
Per our standard procedure, we'll send links to GPS routes after 7PM on Friday, September 27.  (You'd better be sleeping by 9pm....you'll need all your energy early Saturday morning!)
A ride leader will be present at the start and will be sweeping the routes.
