GOBA – The Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure
The Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure is an annual eight-day journey of fun and discovery for up to 1,500 riders of all ages.
GOBA is a tour, not a race. Most riders find plenty of time for sightseeing, and more along well-marked routes that have mechanical and medical support. Riding distances between host towns average about 50 miles per day, with options to ride more miles if that’s your preference. Host towns offer numerous family-friendly activities in camp and provide shuttle buses to events, attractions, eateries and services in the community. Overnight tent camping is included with the registration fee.
TOSRV – Tour of the Scioto River Valley
For 57 years, the bicycling tour known as TOSRV (Tour of the Scioto River Valley) has been a rite of passage for thousands of cyclists. The two-day, 210-mile ride celebrates its 58th start on Saturday, May 18, 2019. Riders leave from Portsmouth or Canal Winchester with the goal of making it to the end and back or somewhere in between. No matter the miles, it’s the memories that keep ‘em riding.
