COP offers weekly climbing sessions for both beginners and experienced climbers of all ages. These sessions are a chance to learn, practice, socialize, and have fun. We will gladly instruct any beginners on how to belay and climb, just stop by one of our sessions. Experienced climbers will have a chance to meet others and work on their abililties.
Our climbing sessions are held most Wednesday nights year round, from 7pm to 9pm at our own climbing wall near Granville. During the warmer months, we climb at the outdoor climbing wall in the Scioto Audubon Metro Park on the first Wednesday of the month. During the winter, we will schedule some climbing sessions on Sunday, too. We also offer a couple outdoor climbing trips during the year to the Red River Gorge or New River Gorge for those ready to venture out on real rock.
Consult the on-line activity calendar for the latest schedule of climbing sessions and upcoming trips. If you would like to read up on some recent COP activities, visit our News/Blog page.
