Pelotonia RSI Bicycling Clinic

On-road suburban & rural riding (2 hours)

COP will lead groups of cyclists on rides from suburban to rural roadways that prepare them to safely and efficiently negotiate riding in a pack. Topics will include:

Bike handling skills
Effective group ride positioning
Fuel and accessories for optimum performance
Group riding etiquette
